St. Mark’s Australian International School strongly believes in safeguarding the well-being of its community and is respectful of the privacy of students, staff, and members of the school community.

St. Mark’s has obligations regarding the collection, use, and management of personal and health information under various pieces of legislation.

The School must comply with the EU GDPR 2016 and Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.

Any person who deals with St. Mark’s is entitled to expect that their personal information will be treated in accordance with the legislation mentioned above.
