Preparatory Mandarin - What can you find in the sky?

The Tri-lingual education program in St. Mark's focuses on students learning to speak, read and write in 3 languages, namely English, Mandarin, and Thai.

Our teacher gave a Chinese radical " 亻" and asked students to say Chinese characters that contain this radical. Through this activity, the students are able to recall and review the knowledge they have learned previously.

During the lesson, our teacher combined positional words and existential sentences together and asked students to describe what is in the sky. This interactive, real-life learning allows students to quickly memorize the words of the lesson. Students also practiced writing these Chinese characters during this lesson.
